A voting, non-officer member of the Howard County Dads Inc. Board of Directors, whose responsibilities include attending monthly Board meetings and serving on at least two Board committees.
Ideal candidates come from a variety of backgrounds and bring new networks of families into our reach. Some specific examples include but aren’t limited to:
- Stay at home dads
- Grandparents
- Minority race dads (Asian, Black, Latinx, Native American)
- Multi-race families
- LGBTQA dads
- Fathers of newborns
- Expectant first-time dads
- Adopting dads
- Dads of teens
